1 lb cooked fries (steak or crinkle-cut)

1 cup shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack blend

½ lb ground beef (cooked with taco seasoning)

¼ cup sour cream

¼ cup green onions, chopped

1 small jalapeño, sliced

Optional: chopped bacon or diced tomatoes
Instructions

Prepare fries as directed until golden and crisp

Cook beef with taco seasoning until browned

Spread fries on a tray, top with beef, then cheese

Broil for 3–5 mins until cheese melts

Top with sour cream, green onions, jalapeños, bacon

Serve hot with forks or shareable trays
