Ingredients

  • Replace ground lamb with ground beef (80/20 fat ratio).

  • Follow the same steps for mixing, shaping, and cooking.
    Flavor Difference:

  • Beef offers a milder flavor compared to lamb. You may want to add extra spices like allspice or cinnamon for more depth.


Instructions

  • Prepare the Lamb Kefta meatballs as mentioned above.

  • In a large skillet, heat oil and sauté onions, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, turmeric, and garam masala.

  • Add tomato puree and heavy cream (or coconut milk) to make a creamy, flavorful curry sauce.

  • Simmer the cooked meatballs in the sauce for 10-15 minutes.

 

  • Serve with naan bread or steamed rice for a comforting meal.
