Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp active dry yeast

  • ¾ cup warm water

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 cup pizza sauce or marinara

  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Toppings of choice: pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, onions, bell peppers, basil


Instructions

  • Make the Dough:
    In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, salt, and warm water. Stir until combined, then knead for 5–7 minutes until smooth. Let rest 1 hour.

  • Preheat Oven to 425°F (220°C).

  • Shape Mini Bases:
    Divide the dough into small balls and flatten into 3-inch rounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • Add Sauce and Toppings:
    Spread 1 tbsp of sauce on each base. Top with cheese and your favorite toppings.

  • Bake:
    Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.

 

  • Serve:
    Let cool for 2–3 minutes. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
