Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp active dry yeast

¾ cup warm water

1 tbsp olive oil

1 cup pizza sauce or marinara

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Toppings of choice: pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, onions, bell peppers, basil
Instructions

Make the Dough:
In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, salt, and warm water. Stir until combined, then knead for 5–7 minutes until smooth. Let rest 1 hour. -
Preheat Oven to 425°F (220°C).

Divide the dough into small balls and flatten into 3-inch rounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. -
