2 ribeye steaks (1.5-inch thick)

2 tbsp canola oil

3 cloves garlic, crushed

2 sprigs rosemary

3 tbsp unsalted butter

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Let steak sit at room temp for 30 mins

Season with salt & pepper

Heat pan until smoking, sear 3 mins/side

Add butter, garlic, rosemary; baste
-
Rest steak 5 mins before slicing
Notes
Ideal doneness is medium-rare at 135°F internal
