Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon dried chamomile flowers

  • ½ tablespoon dried lavender buds

  • 1 teaspoon dried lemon balm (optional for extra calm)

  • 2 cups filtered water

  • Honey or maple syrup to taste (optional)

  • Lemon slice for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  • In a teapot or heat-proof jar, combine chamomile, lavender, and lemon balm.

  • Bring water to a gentle boil, then remove from heat and let cool slightly for 1 minute.

  • Pour the hot water over the herbs.

  • Cover and steep for 5–7 minutes.

  • Strain the tea into a mug.

 

  • Add a touch of honey and lemon if desired. Serve warm.
